Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using HomeSparkle.

Acknowledgment

By accessing or using HomeSparkle Maid Service home cleaning service, the customer agrees to be bound

by the following terms and conditions. If the customer disagrees with any part of these terms and

conditions, the customer may not access HomeSparkle Maid Service.

The customer represents that the customer is over the age of 18.

SMS communications

1.Customers can opt in to SMS and Email communications to schedule their services, give feedback, and learn about new promotions HomeSparkle has to offer.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" . After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected]

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages depending on the services you purchased. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

The Customer’s Right to Post Online

Sometimes, we get carried away, and because of too much joy or excitement, we post things on social

media that violate other people’s privacy.

We allow the customer to post feedback, ongoing cleaning, and an update to the customer’s friends only if:

● It doesn’t involve the cleaner’s details.

● The feedback or post is not defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited content, including

references or commentary about religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, national/ethnic origin, or

other targeted groups.

● The cleaner/s agreed to be on tape.

● What’s posted is true, and no event alteration occurred.

Cancellation Prior Notice

All scheduled cleanings booked through HomeSparkle Maid Service require 48 hours notice of cancellation

or rescheduling of an appointment. Please give such notice to avoid forfeiting the scheduled cleaning.

Cleaning Cancellation

HomeSparkle Maid Service reserves the right to refuse or cancel the customer’s cleaning at any time for

certain reasons, including but not limited to the following:

● The customer has a record of being extremely rude to our cleaners.

● The customer insisted to not avail of our “Deep Clean” after our cleaners offered it as the customer’s

house needs one.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We constantly update our offers on HomeSparkle. Sometimes, updating prices or descriptions on the

website is delayed, but not always.

We can not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information about the products at a certain

time.

Prices Policy

HomeSparkle reserves the right to revise its prices before accepting a cleaning.

HomeSparkle may revise the prices quoted after accepting a cleaning in the event of any delivery-affecting

event caused by variation in duties, increased raw materials/supplies, higher foreign exchange costs, or

any other matter beyond HomeSparkle's control. In that event, our customers can cancel the order ahead

of time.

Subscription Additional Hour Policy

Subscribers to HomeSparkle Maid Service home cleaning plans can add an hour or more to their

scheduled cleaning for $39. Customers must purchase and add additional hours of cleaning to their

scheduled appointment at least 48 hours before their appointment.

Subscription Plan Scheduling Policy

Subscribers who have purchased HomeSparkle Maid Service’s cleaning plans must schedule and book

every cleaning purchased before the close of the month in question. Failure to schedule and book the

purchased cleaning before the end of the month in which the cleaning plan was purchased or renewed will

result in the purchased cleaning being forfeited. Cleanings purchased in their respective months do not roll

over to the next month

Payments

Payment can be made directly through our website, and rest assured, we don’t have access to the

customer’s credentials. We only receive the payment the customer made. HomeSparkle Maid Service

cleaners do not carry cash and cannot provide change for tips or payment of services rendered. Payment of

services can be applied only when purchasing subscription home cleaning plans via our website or our

dedicated customer service team.

Promotions

Any Promotions made available through the website or our social media may be governed by rules

separate from these Terms.

If the customer participates in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules.

If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

Disputes Resolution

If the customer has any concerns or disputes about the Service, the customer agrees to try to resolve the

dispute formally by contacting HomeSparkle.

Parking Policy

HomeSparkle subscribers are responsible for providing free parking for one car within a 2-block radius for

the scheduled cleaners' vehicles. Parking responsibility can be performed through permit parking vouchers,

designated parking spaces that do not violate city parking codes, and paid garage spaces. Any city parking

violation assessed to the scheduled cleaning team's one car will be assessed to the customers’ bill.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, the customer agrees to

be bound by the revised terms. If the customer does not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, we

advise discontinuing service.
